Belgard & Garden Design Magazine help drive attendance at American Society of Landscape Architects Expo

Belgard & Garden Design Magazine help drive attendance at American Society of Landscape Architects expo with Ultimate Outdoor Home display, September 15, 2010 Belgard Hardscapes and Garden Design Magazine partnered with several other outdoor living companies to create the Ultimate Outdoor Home display at the 2010 American Society of Landscape Architects meeting and expo.
The 1,200 square foot display featured more than 45,000 pounds of Belgard pavers and stones, 12,000 pounds of plants and 7,920 pounds of sand, taking 36 hours to install. Converting barren convention center space to a tradeshow haven and every homeowners dream was worth the time, however, as the display drew heavy traffic throughout the expo.
The four-day, annual meeting was hosted at Walter E. Washington Convention Center and brought together 5,242 landscape architect professionals, the second-largest attendance in the event's history. The expo also featured 451 exhibitors, a 17 percent increase over 2009 and the largest exhibitor pool to date.
